Amor and Gratia is a wellness co-op that focuses on making the benefit of yoga available to those who have experienced any kind of trauma in their lives, especially those with mobility issues. They provide a weekly AdaptAble Yoga Class for all ages and ability levels, which is beneficial for people experiencing limited mobility due to a stroke, car accident, or even just aches and pains caused by the passing of time. Rachel Jarmusz, Rachel George, and Sarah Kennedy, the owners of Amor & Gratia, also provide an AdaptAble Yoga Workshop for those who want to learn how to provide the same level of care to those who need it.

 

I created a streamlined website with Wix.com for these clients, ensuring that it better aligned with their brand than their previous website. I also landed several placements on 13News Now in Hampton Roads, clips of which can be found below:
